Leadership Transformation Process

You have the opportunity to participate in a complete transformational process that can be used for everyday leadership opportunities on your teams, in your community, and in future career settings.

Leadership Certificate

You also have the opportunity to collect 100 hours of leadership training, community service, and team/group participation to receive a Leadership Certificate on campus.

Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)

Putting all of your leadership training to good use, you can serve your team on a leadership organization dedicated to serving, planning social events, and evaluating student-athlete welfare by meeting monthly to provide a direct link to Wisconsin Administration, the Big Ten Conference, and the NCAA.
