NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Children ages 8 through 8th grade (2014-15 School year) are eligible to enter. This promotion will occur at (5) games during the hockey season and at (2) games during the basketball season. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase odds of winning. Winners will be notified by phone the week prior to the game. This prize cannot be substituted or replaced and has no cash value. Employees of Culver's, the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and member clubs, subsidiaries, parents, or related companies, agencies and their families are not eligible to enter or win.
To enter the Culver's Badger or Stick Kid contest presented by Culver's, complete the official entry form provided on uwbadgers.com by March 6, 2015. One entry per person. Your child must be age 8 through 8th grade of the 2014-15 school year to enter. All entries are to be submitted through the splash page on uwbadgers.com. Entries that are handwritten, are printed by machine, or otherwise mechanically produced and mailed to Learfield Communications, Inc., Badger Sports Properties, Culver's, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Wisconsin Division of Intercollegiate Athletics will not be accepted. Learfield Communications, Inc., Badger Sports Properties, Culver's, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Wisconsin Division of Intercollegiate Athletics are not responsible for entries that may be lost, delayed, destroyed, or misdirected, by typographical or computer error.
PRIZE: Winners will receive the opportunity to be the badger or stick kid during the basketball or hockey games during the 2014-15 season, and 2 tickets to the game.
HOW TO CLAIM GRAND PRIZE: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from qualified entries received on uwbadgers.com splash page and stored in subsequent database. Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail within 2 days after the drawing. If prize winner cannot be located, an alternate winner will be chosen. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of valid entries received for sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Must be age 8 through 8th grade of school during the 2014-15 School year and a United States resident to enter and participate. Employees and directors of Learfield Communications, Inc., Culver's and any of their respective affiliate companies, partners, subsidiaries, and their respective sales representatives, distributors, retailers, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families and those persons living within the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Winners subject to proving eligibility. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, licensed or taxed by law.
GENERAL: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judge. All entries are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the sweepstakes sponsors, and are void and will be rejected if mailed or containing typographical, mechanical or other errors. Prize may not be transferred or assigned prior to award of prize and no substitutions are allowed, except by the sweepstakes sponsors, due to prize unavailability. Cash will not be rewarded in lieu of stated prize. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release, and any applicable forms required by tax authorities. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or local taxes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, address (city/state) and/or likeness in advertising, promotion and public relations efforts, and winner grants Learfield Communications, Inc., Badger Sports Properties, Culver's, and any of its sponsoring partners all rights to said use, without additional compensation. Winners agree that Learfield Communications, Inc., Badger Sports Properties, Culver's, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Wisconsin Division of Intercollegiate Athletics and their advertising, promotions, distribution, and judging agencies, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, operation, or use of the prizes awarded. The drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
