2016 “Travel Wisconsin Supper Club Sweepstakes” Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter. Sweepstakes runs from 12:01am CST December 28th, 2015 through 11:59 pm CST February 26st, 2016 and is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Department of Tourism / Travel Wisconsin and Badger Sports Properties, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Contest Entry: Via online at uwbadgers.com/contests/travelwisconsin.
Winners: One (1) random entry will be selected to win two (2) Kohl Center basketball courtside tickets or two (2) lower level hockey tickets and a $75 gift card / credit for food items at the Travel Wisconsin Supper Club concession stand. One prize per person, per household, or family over the course of the contest. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries become property of the sponsor. Drawings will be held approximately seven (7) days prior to each game date below.
Prize Package Dates:
- January 2nd Wisconsin vs Rutgers Basketball
- January 30th Wisconsin vs Alaska Hockey
- February 4th Wisconsin vs Ohio State Basketball
- February 21st Wisconsin vs Illinois Basketball
- March 3rd Wisconsin vs Penn State Hockey
Claiming Prizes: The winner will be contacted via online and/or phone and will be asked to contact the UW Marketing office to collect the prize. Winner must sign and return a 1099. UW Marketing will mail prizes upon notification and completion of required forms (Social Security Number is required). Prizes not claimed by March 1st 2016 become the property of the University of Wisconsin.
Conditions: Submission of entry constitutes entrant’s agreement to abide by Official Rules, indicates permission to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, and confirms their agreement to release the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, the University of Wisconsin and Badger Sports Properties, a subsidiary of Learfield Sports, its employees, affiliated companies, and their officers and directors from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entries void if obtained outside authorized channels. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited and/or restricted by law.
Independent Sweepstakes Administer: This promotion is being administered by University of Wisconsin Athletics, Marketing Department, Kellner Hall, 1440 Monroe Street, Madison, WI 53715 who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of prizes offered, and whose decisions are final regarding the conduct of this promotion.
University of Wisconsin Athletic Marketing reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. Rules are subject to change without notice. Badger Sports Properties may modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
