Performance Nutrition Services

The purpose of the UW Performance Nutrition department is to provide services that enhance the student athlete’s overall health and recovery. The goals of the department are:

  1. To offer a variety of food and beverage products that are readily available and accessible to all student athletes.
  2. To provide education and resources so that student athletes can enhance their overall level of knowledge and awareness.

Fueling stations/lounges/training table spaces

All nutrition spaces that a student athlete has access to should be kept cleaned and well maintained at all times. Student-athletes are expected to clean up after themselves. Inform staff if equipment is broken or malfunctioning.

Products are intended to be used by student-athletes specific to fueling before or after workouts. Student-athletes shall not fill up backpacks or take excess items. Be respectful of the nutrition spaces and fellow student athletes by limiting what is taken to what is personally needed.

Any product that is still in cases or bulk packaging, or located outside of a fueling station (i.e. in hallway of badger alley) is unavailable.
