Would you like to bring your high school team to an upcoming Wisconsin wrestling home dual match at the UW Field House?

The information needed on the form is as follows:
- Complete list of all team member names
- Include both First Name and Last Name of each team member
- All Coaches Names
- Date of Wrestling home dual match your team would like to attend
