

MOBILE TICKETING
The fastest and most convenient way to access your mobile tickets is by using the Badgers App.
Fans will continue to use tap to scan! For easy entry, please have your tickets
added to your mobile wallet prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, iPhone users
with face ID should double click the side button on the right-hand side of your
iPhone and your mobile tickets with the Holder Near Reader icon will display.

PARKING & MATCH DAY
Construction Alert:
With surrounding construction, fans should plan for detours when
accessing Lot 17. The fire lane between Lot 17 and Gate B of the UW Field House will be available for patrons to access the walkway. For the August exhibition matches, patrons should watch their step and proceed with caution, as a portion of the walkway is not paved and has
an uneven surface. Additional lighting will be available. An alternate route is available along Breese Terrace to Gate C of the UW Field House.
Day-of-match parking for matches at the UW Field House is available for purchase at Lot 15 (Kellner Family Athletic Center Garage; 1432 Monroe Street) and Lot 17 (Engineering Drive Ramp; 1525 Engineering Drive) directly from the lot attendant. All day-of-match parking is sold on a first-come, firstserve basis and is subject to availability. C Cost is $5. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted for payment.
VET TIX
Wisconsin Athletics is proud to partner with the Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix), a nonprofit organization founded by veterans dedicated to support and honor the US. military community, veterans and their families.
Donating tickets to Vet Tix is a free electronic service for volleyball.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Beer and pre-packaged alcoholic products will be offered in the general seating areas at the UW Field House.
Wisconsin Athletics is committed to providing a safe environment at its venues and on campus, including following similar protocols for other campus venues serving alcohol, such as the Wisconsin Union.

SECURITY
Fans should plan for an extra layer of security screening with the use of walkthrough metal detection.
Fans will be asked to pass through the metal detectors after scanning their
tickets. Please have tickets in wallet and pulled up on phone prior to arriving
at the gate
BUCKY'S BALCONY
If you have Bucky's Balcony access, you must first scan a ticket valid for entry to the UW Field House.
Once inside, there are access points to Bucky's Balcony by the elevator near Gate D or the staircase between sections CC and DD.

Be a part of the best atmosphere in the country by sitting in the student section for home volleyball matches.
Sections K and L of the UW Field House are designated as seating for UW-Madison students.
CARRY-IN POLICY & ENTRY INFO

Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the match.

Please note: Ace cards are not permitted to be brought into the venue. Fans can receive ace cards once inside the venue.

If you can’t make it to a match, you will be able to sell your tickets in the safest, most secure way in just a few clicks.

GUEST SERVICES
For patrons with accessible needs, Guest Services will operate a drop-off in
Lot 19 (West of Breese Terrace; 15 Breese Terrace) and a golf cart service
from Lot 17 to Gate B of the UW Field House. For the August exhibition
matches, one golf cart will be available. Patrons should plan for extended wait
times.
For customer service questions, including accessibility accommodations and lost and found, please visit the Guest Services kiosk located on concourse level at the Northwest corner of the UW Field House under section U.
