Spring 2021: Played in nine games and started in eight for UW...recorded one shot on goal...played 811 minutes on the season

2019: Played in 16 games and started in 14 for the Badgers...recorded one assist against Michigan St. (10/6)...recorded one shot on goal...played 1291 minutes on the season

2018: Played in 13 games for the Badgers, starting in eight games in the midfield…recorded one shot on goal…playing time picked up significantly as the season went along, playing full games in each of the last five games of the season, including the two Big Ten Tournament games…played 958 minutes on the season

2017: Did not see game action. 

Prep: Named the Wisconsin State Player of the Year, Greater Metro Conference Player of the Year and a high school All-American as a senior at Marquette University High school … played in the 2016 All-American game in Raleigh, North Carolina … all-state, first-team all-conference and first-team all-area for Marquette as a junior …  received honorable mention first-team all-conference honors as a sophomore … earned junior and senior honor roll

Head coach John Trask: "Ben was identified through our summer camp program and we feel that Ben is a going to have a great career at UW. Ben's passing and defensive instincts will allow him to have a very successful career."

Associate head coach Keith Tiemeyer: "Ben is a Wisconsin product joining the Badgers after a very successful high school career at Marquette High School under the leadership of Steve Lawrence. Ben was not only a State Champion but also recognized as an All-American during his time at Marquette High. He is an athletic, energetic, "bulldog" type defender who will be counted on to add grit to the backline. Ben is also a teammate of fellow signee, Bradan Allen, at FC Wisconsin where he has been coached by Ben Shepherd and Bill Solberg."
