2019 Season

2019 Outdoor Track: Finished in ninth place in decathlon at the Big Ten Championship (5/10-12) with 6,688 points... took 12th in the preliminary heat of the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.24 and also competed in the pole vault, tying for eighth overall with a clearance of 14-4 3/4 (4.39m) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3) ... placed fifth in the Group 2 decathlon standings with 6,722 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/18-19) with marks of 11.29 / 22-2 ¼ / 37-10 ½ / 6-0 ½ / 49.48 / 15.15 / 108-10 / 13-9 ¼ / 134-5 / 5:13.42, including personal bests in the 400 meters and 110 meter hurdles ... finished sixth in the long jump with a mark of 22-6 1/2 (6.87m) and clocked in with a time of 16.17 in the 110 meter hurdles at the Sun Angel Classic (4/5-6) ... took 12th in the javelin with a toss measuring 131-11 (40.22m) at the Aztec Invitational (3/23)

2019 Indoor Track: Took ninth overall in the heptathlon with marks of 7.03 / 21-2 3/4 / 42-0 / 5-11 1/4 / 8.53 / 14-3 1/4 / 2:49.04, recording 5,199 points at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... finished third overall in the heptathlon with marks of 7.15 / 21-1 ¼ /  41-4 ½ / 6-2 ¾ / 8.66 / 14-3 ¼ / 2:47.32, marking personal bests in the high jump, pole vault and 1,000 meters at the Power Five Invitational (2/1-2) ... took ninth in the preliminary heat of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.56, finished fourth in the high jump with a personal best mark of 6-2 1/4 (1.89m) and took fifth in the long jump with a jump of 22-2 1/2 (6.77m) at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) ... finished ninth in the preliminary heat of the Olympic Development 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.58, took ninth in the long jump with a mark of 22-10 (6.96m) and helped the Wisconsin "B" 4x400 relay team to a sixth place finish with an overall time of 3:22.96 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19) ... finished seventh overall in the preliminary heat of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.55 and went on to finish seventh in the final heat in 8.57 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)

2018 Season

2018 Outdoor Track: Finished seventh overall in the decathlon in a personal best 6,969 points, earning personal bests in the long jump and discus, with marks of 10.98 / 23-0 / 41-2 ¼ / 6-0 ¾ / 50.10 / 15.64 / 121-10 / 14-1 ¼ / 164-1 / 5:11.43 at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-12) ... took eleventh place in the preliminary heat of the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.64 at the Wisconsin Twilight meet (5/4) ... in the first decathlon competition of the season, finished 21st overall, earning a personal best in the discus, with marks of 11.04 / 22-1 / 39-7 ¼ / 6-1 ¼ / 49.72 / 17.48 / 118-2 / 13-5 ¼ / 157-3 / 5:06.90 to earn 6,603 points overall at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/18-19) ... placed tenth overall in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.96, finished tenth in the 200 meters with a personal best time of 22.30, and helped the Wisconsin 4X400 relay to a third place finish with their overall time of 3:25.69 at the Spec Towns Invite (4/7) ... finished eighth overall in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.59, ran the 200 meters in 22.46 to place ninth, and helped the Wisconsin 4x400 relay to a second place finish in a time of 3:19.70 at the California Collegiate Open (3/31)

2018 Indoor Track: Placed eleventh overall in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/23-24) with a score of 5,066, earning marks of 7.10 / 22-0 ¾ / 41-9 ¾ / 5-10 ½ / 8.57 / 13-4 ¼ / 2:53.59 ... finished eighth overall in the heptathlon at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2/2-3) with a personal-best score of 5,111, earning a PR in the 1000 meters with marks of 7.06 / 23-3 ¾ / 39-9 ¼ / 5-9 ¼ / 8.57 / 13-4 ¼ / 2:53.59 ... placed 16th overall in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.57 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (1/26-27) ... finished seventh overall in the 60 meter hurdles with a preliminary time of 8.81 and a time of 8.57 in the finals, where he also took seventh, as well as placed 12th overall in the long jump with a mark of 22-8 1/2 (6.92m) at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (1/19-20) ... took third place in the 200 meters with a time of 22.72 and finished fifth overall in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.42, while also taking third in the long jump with a mark of 23-4 3/4 (7.13m) at The Dual (1/13)

2017 Season

2017 Outdoor Track: Scored a personal-best 6,945 points in the decathlon at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) to place fifth with PRs in the high jump, pole vault, shot put and discus and marks of 11.10 / 21-8 ¼ / 42-3 ¼ / 6-2 / 50.20 / 15.53 / 114-5 / 14-1 ¼ / 174-11 / 5:04.41 ... finished fourth in the 110 hurdles with times of 15.43 in prelims and 15.15 in finals and placed 11th in the high jump clearing 6-0 1/2 (1.84m) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) ... got third in the decathlon at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22-23), setting a new personal record with 6,712 points; including a second-place finish in the 100 meters (10.89), and personal bests in the 1500 meters, pole vault and shot put ... took fourth in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 16.02 while also notching a seventh-place finish in the long jump with a mark of 22-3 3/4 (6.80m) at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8) ... placed third in the decathlon at the UC-Riverside Spring Classic (3/23-24) with 6,696 points, including a victory in the 100 meters (11.20) and the javelin throw (185-4 (56.50m)) along with third-place finished in the 110 meter hurdles (15.53) and the 400 meters (50.59)

2017 Indoor Track: At the Big Ten Championships (2/24-25), took 12th in the heptathlon, including a second-place performance in the 60 meters (7.05), a seventh-place mark in the shot put (42-0 (12.80m)) and a personal best in the 1000 meters (2:55.55) ... placed fourth in the 60 meter hurdles with a new personal best of 8.75 while taking sixth in the high jump with a leap of 5-10 3/4 (1.80m) at the Shell Shocker (2/17) ... took 21st in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.09, placed 27th in the 60 meter hurdles with a run of 8.91, and came in 15th during the long jump competition with a distance of 21-7 1/4 (6.58m) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10-11) ... finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27-28) with 5,019 points including a PR in the 60 meter hurdles (8.77), the high jump (6-1 1/4 (1.86m)) and the pole vault (13-9 1/4 (4.20m)) ... placed fifth in the lump jump with a mark of 22-5 3/4 (6.85m), took sixth in the 60 meters with a time of 7.02 and came in sixth in the 60 meter hurdles (9.14) at The Dual (1/21) ... won the high jump with a leap of 5-10 3/4 (1.80m) and took fifth in the pole vault with a leap of 12-11 1/2 (3.95m) while also finishing sixth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.00 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14) 

2016 Season

2016 Outdoor Track: Redshirt season 

2016 Indoor Track: Redshirt season ... ran unattached in the 60 meters finishing second in prelims with a time of 6.98 and continued onto a fifth place finish in the finals in 7.04. Also competed unattached in the long jump and earned a third place finish with a leap of 22-7 (6.88m) at the Red and White open (2/19) 

 

High School

Competed at the Minnesota state meet in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 4x100 meters, and high jump as a senior … placed third in the 200 meters and seventh in the 100 meters as a senior… finished 11th in high jump and second in the 4x100 meters and broke the previous state record as a senior … went to state in the 200 meters and the 4x100 meters as a junior … placed fifth in the 4x200 meters as a junior … true team state champions as a freshman … coaches: coach Stephen and coach Cohen
