2020 Indoor: Took seventh in the high jump with a clearance of 6-8 3/4, ninth in the long jump with a mark of 23-2 and 15th in the 60 meter hurdles (premier) with a time of 8.51 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/17-18)... placed sixth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.63 at the Jack Jennett Open (1/24)... Won the heptathlon with a personal best score of 5,675 with marks of 6.89 / 23-2 (7.06m) / 46-6 1/4 (14.18m) / 6-10 1/4 (2.09m) / 8.42 / 14-5 1/4 (4.40m) / 2:56.09 at the Jack Johnson Classic (1/31-2/1)... Placed fourth in the long jump with a mark of 23-6 1/4 (7.17m) and ran the 60 meter hurdles (prelims) with a time of 8.33 at the Music City Challenge (2/14)... 2019 Season
2019 Outdoor: Took eighth in the decathlon at the Big Ten Championship (5/10-12) with a season high 6,982 points... finished eighth in the preliminary heat of the 110 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 14.97 and went on to take seventh in the finals with a time of 15.49 and also competed in the pole vault, placing 12th with a clearance of 13-11 (4.24m) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3) ... placed 12th in the Group 3 decathlon standings with 6,577 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/18-19), earning marks of 10.91 / 23-7 ½ / 47-1 / 6-7 ½ / 51.73 / 15.01 / 109-5 / NH / 144-9 / 4:49.39, including personal bests in the 110 meter hurdles and the 1500 meters ... finished tenth in the premier section of the long jump with a mark of 22-1 (6.73m) and also competed in the 110 meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 15.24 at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6) ... took 11th in the javelin with a mark of 135-10 (41.41m) at the Aztec Invitational (3/23)
2019 Indoor: Placed 11th overall in the heptathlon with a season-best 5,581 points, posting marks of 6.92 / 23-0 1/2 / 46-1 1/2 / 6-6 3/4 / 8.43 / 14-3 1/2 / 2:54.27, including a personal best in the 60 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/8-9) ... finished fourth overall in the heptathlon with 5,530 points, earning marks of 6.96 / 22-6 1/4 / 49-9 1/4 / 6-7 1/2 / 8.45 / 13-7 1/4 / 2:56.61, with personal bests in the 60 meters and the shot put at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... competed in the heptathlon, earning marks of 6.98 / 22-4 ¼ / 47-6 ½ / 6-8 ¾ / 9.58 / 13-11 ¼ / DNS, including a personal best in the shot put before bowing out of the competition at the Power Five Invitational (2/1-2) ... took fifth overall in the preliminary heat of the 60 meter hurdles with a qualifying time of 8.41 and went on to finish eighth overall in the finals in 8.50 and also took third overall in the high jump with a mark of 6-6 (1.98m) at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) ... finished eighth in the preliminary heat of the Olympic Development 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.47 and qualified for finals, where he took seventh in 8.40, competed in the long jump, where he took fifth overall with a mark of 23-2 1/2 (7.09m) and helped the Wisconsin "B" 4x400 relay squad to a sixth place finish with an overall time of 3:22.96 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19) ... took fourth in the preliminary heat of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.30 and went on to finish sixth overall in the final heat with a time of 8.36 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)

2018 Outdoor: Took fourth overall in the decathlon with a personal best score of 7,341 thanks to PR's in the 400 meters, long jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put, and javelin with marks of 10.91 / 24-2 ½ / 47-0 ¾ / 6-10 ¼ / 51.56 / 15.24 / 121-2 / 14-5 ¼ / 145-9 / 5:08.12 at the Big Ten Championships (5/11-12) ... placed sixth in the preliminary heat of the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.14 and went on to finish sixth in the finals in 15.30, and also took a fourth place finish in the high jump with a mark of 6-8 (2.03m) at the Wisconsin Twilight meet (5/4) ... in his first decathlon, earned 6,529 points to finish 22nd overall, earning personal bests in almost every event with marks of 10.87 / 23-11 ¾ / 47-1 ¾ / 6-9 ½ / 52.18 / 15.06 / 121-11 / NH / 129-9 / 5:05.30 at the Bryan Clay Invite (4/18-19) ...
finished eighth overall in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.50, took eleventh in the 200 meters with a personal best time of 22.42 and helped the Wisconsin 4X400 relay to a third place finish, coming in with an overall time of 3:25.69 at the Spec Towns Invite (4/7) ... placed 11th in the 200 meters with a time of 22.51, took fourth in the 110 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 15.25, and helped the Wisconsin 4X400 relay to a runner-up finish with their overall time of 3:19.70 at the California Collegiate Open (3/31)
2018 Indoor: Finished fifteenth overall in the heptathlon with a score of 5,395, earning a personal best in the 1000 meters with marks of 6.98 / 22-6 ½ / 46-3 ½/ 6-7 ½ / 8.40 / 13-11 ¾ / 2:53.96 at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/9-10) ... finished fourth overall in the heptathlon with a personal best score of 5,663, which ranks sixth all-time in program history, with personal bests in the 1000 meters, long jump, and shot put with marks of 6.99 / 23-5 ½ / 47-5 ¾ / 6-9 / 8.40 / 14-3 ¼ / 2:55.34 at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/23-24) ... won the high jump with a personal best mark of 6-9 1/2 (2.07m) and took eighth overall in the pole vault, clearing 14-2 1/2 (4.33m) at the Wisconsin Shell Shocker (2/16) ... placed fourth overall in the heptathlon with 5,611, which ranks eighth all-time in UW history, earning personal bests in the 60 meters, 60 meter hurdles, 1000 meters, long jump, and shot put with marks of 6.97 / 23-1 ¾ / 47-3 ½ / 6-8 / 8.30 / 14-0 / 2:55.72 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2/2-3) ... ran the 60 meter hurdles in 8.52 seconds in the preliminary round to place 15th overall at the Dr. Sander Invitational (1/26-27) ... finished fourth in the preliminary round of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.44 and took a fifth place overall finish in the finals, clocking in with a time of 8.39, and also took tenth in the long jump with a mark of 22-9 (6.93m) at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (1/19-20) ... took fourth place in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.37 at The Dual (1/13)

2017 Outdoor: Jumped 6-7 1/2 (2.02m) in the high jump at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) to tie for 17th ... placed third in the high jump at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/5) with a jump of 6-8 1/4 (2.04m) ... took third in the shot put of the decathlon at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22) with a toss of 42-2 1/4 (12.86m) ... placed ninth in the high jump with a height of 6-4 3/4 (1.95m) at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8)
2017 Indoor: Finished ninth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championship (2/24-25) with a total of 5,260 points including fourth-place finishes in both the 60 meters (7.09) and the high jump (6-6 1/4) while also setting a new personal best in the pole vault at 14-5 1/4 (4.40m) ... notched two personal records at the Shell Shocker (2/17), taking second in the 60 meter hurdles (8.53) and sixth in the pole vault with a distance of 14-0 (4.27m) ... took fourth in the long jump with a mark of 22-11 3/4 (7.00m), finished 13th with a distance of 6-4 3/4 (1.95m) in the high jump, and got 25th in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 6.69 at the Iowa State Classic (2/10-11) ... placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27-28) with 5,205 points including a second place finish in the 60 meters (7.09) and the high jump (6-8 1/4 (2.04m)), and a third-place performance in the shot put with a distance of 42-6 (12.95m) ... finished third in the high jump with a mark of 6-6 3/4 (2.00m), placed fourth in the 60 meter hurdles in 8.57, and came in sixth in the pole vault with a distance of 13-3 1/2 (4.05m) at The Dual (1/21) ... took third in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.68 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14)

2016 Indoor: Redshirt season ... Competed unattached at the Red and White Open (2/19) in the high jump where he would finish third 6-5 (1.96m) and also in the long jump, finishing seventh with a leap of 21-11(6.68m)
High School
High jump and long jump state champion as a senior, leading Bay Port High School to the team title … also placed fourth in the 110 hurdles at the 2015 state meet … high jump and long jump first-team all-Conference as a senior … won the high jump and long jump at the 2015 WTFA Boys State Meet … placed sixth at state in high jump as a junior … state qualifier and first-team all-Conference in the 110m hurdles and placing eighth at state as a junior … sixth-place finish at state in high jump as a sophomore … all-Conference honorable mention and sectional qualifier in long jump as a sophomore … high jump conference honorable mention as a freshman … also played football and basketball.
