High School: Swimming for 4 years in high school, swam competitively for 12 years in total, varsity all 4 years, podiumed 4 times at WIAA High School State, Academic All-American and All-State, broke school record in 200 free, national team member. Founded a mental health/anti-bullying club at Verona, ran a community food drive in high school, father went to UW and was in marching band.
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: The combination of great academic and athletic traditions are unrivaled here, and I love the campus here. The support for the student-athletes here is phenomenal and will help me achieve all of my goals.
What Wisconsin Rowing means to me: Wisconsin Rowing means showing up and working hard every day to push myself and everyone on the team. We are all striving to represent what it truly means to be a Badger, in the classroom and out on the water.
2022-2023 (Freshman): 2V at Head of the Eagle, 4V at Head of the Eagle. Made National Team for club swim team (Badger Aquatics Club) in 2022, competed at 2022 NCSA Swimming Championships.
