2016-17: Raced in the two seat twice at the Big Ten Double Dual with the novice eight, placing second in both races (4/8)

High School: Four-year member of the Nordic skiing team and earned one varsity letter … completed a Nordic skiing marathon … ran cross country for two years … also participated in track and field for two years

Personal: Parents are Dawn and Jeff Wurst … has one brother, Eric … intended majors are political science and Spanish with a certificate in French
