2021-2022: Raced in varsity four in seat two in the morning and afternoon at the Cardinal Invite (Day 1)... sat in seat two in varsity four at the Cardinal Invite (Day 2)... sat in seat four in the second varsity eight in the morning and afternoon at the Saratoga Duels... raced in seat two in the second varsity eight in the morning and afternoon at the Big Ten Invitational ( Day 1)... raced in seat two in the second varsity eight at the Big Ten Invitational (Day 2)... sat in seat two in race two in second varsity eight at the Iowa Invitational... raced in second varsity eight in seat two at the Big Ten Championships

2020-2021: Did not compete

2018-19: Sat six seat in the novice eight at the Big Ten Double Dual (April 13)

High School: Competed in cross country, basketball, and track and field all four years and was team captain in each … in cross country, was awarded most improved and most spirit … in basketball, received “hustle award” and was First-Team All-Conference … in track and field, threw shot-put and discus
 
Personal: Parents are Lynn and Harm Garwood ... has two sisters, Josie and Jesse, and one brother, Jake … mother is an artist and father is an auto mechanic …  majoring in biological systems engineering: machinery systems ... can cook a mean lasagna
 
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: In eight grade I went on a tour of the school and fell in love with the Madison vibe. Also, my sister goes here.
 
What Wisconsin rowing means to you: Wisconsin rowing means you’re tough. Being a rower requires commitment and grit. You give everything you have and then some. I think rowing is the perfect place for me because everyone is just as crazy as I am. Rowing means taking what people wouldn’t imagine to do and making it so much harder. I love Wisconsin rowing.
