Wilkins on Borgmann: “Emily was with the U-17 Canadian national team in the World Cup and she's played a lot of minutes. She's a back-to-goal forward who we are going to look for to keep balls and keep possession for us. Her experience internationally is going to be the same as that of (current UW student-athlete) Kinley McNicoll's and (former UW student-athlete) Genevieve Richard's. We are really excited that she has that background and can bring that professionalism to our group. We're looking forward to her having an impact right away as a freshman.”
