2024 Outdoor Track: finished sixth in the 800 meters crossing in 2:14.63 and finished sixth in the 1500 meters in 4:42.32 at the Badger Challenge (May 3)
2024 Indoor Track: won the 800 meters in 2:18.47 at the Solomon W. Butler Classic (Feb. 16)... finished sixth in the 3000 meters crossing in 9:59.58 and came in second in the mile in 5:04.35 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 19-20)...  finished 13th in the mile with a time of 5:12.57 at the Wisconsin Midwest Invitational... finished second in the 3000 meters in 10:07.86 and eighth in the mile crossing in 5:10.51 at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (Dec. 9)
2023 Outdoor Track: Finished ninth in the 800 meters in the 2:21.24 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)
2023 Indoor Track: Finished eighth in the 600 meters in 1:40.22 at the Wisconsin Badgers Midwest Invite (Jan. 14)... finished sixth in the 4x400 meters in 3:59.03 and 13th in the 800 meters in 2:17.83 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 20-21)... finished fourth in the 800 meters in 2:18.13 at the Valentines Day Invitational (Feb. 17)
2021 Cross Country: Placed 14th at the Badger Classic (Sept.10), covering the 5.2k course in 20:01.92021 Outdoor Track: Came in 19th in the 1500 meters with a personal best time of 4:28.21 and placed 15th in the 800 meters in a personal best of time of 2:10.20 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 14-16) ... placed 12th in the 800 meters (2:14.68) and eighth in the 1500 meters (4:29.83) at the Big North Florida Invitational (Apr.2) ... finished 15th in the 800 meters with a 2:13.33 at the Big Ten Invite #2 (April 8) ... took seventh in the 800 meters (2:11.36) and 11th in the 1500 meters (4:35.56) at the M City Classic (April 30 - May 1)
2021 Indoor Track: Finished fifth in the 600 meters with a 1:36.17 at the Badger Icebreaker (Jan.16)... came in ninth in the 800 meters in 2:15.50 Larry Wieckzorek Invitational (Jan.22) ... took ninth in the mile with a 5:03.77 at the Hawkeye Invitational (Feb.12)

Do you have any pre-meet rituals? I always go for some oatmeal on race day but don´t have any specific rituals.
When did you start running competitively? In 2017 (end of sophomore year / beginning junior year of high school) but I did some track & field in general and for fun before that!
What do you love most about running? That you can run wherever you are and discover new places in a completely different way while running!
