2018-19: First season as a Badger after transferring from Oklahoma State…starter for the Badgers at 141 pounds, recording a 26-11 overall record and a 9-4 dual record…12-7 against Big Ten opponents…five wins over ranked opponents…went 3-0 to take first place at Cyclone Open…went 3-0 at SIUE Cougar Clash to take first place…took seventh place at Midlands…gave No. 4 Nick Lee of Penn State his first loss of the season in an OT victory in dual action…pinned No. 8 Mitch McKee of Minnesota in OT at the UW Field House…took sixth place at the Big Ten Tournament, qualifying for his first NCAA Tournament…went 3-2 at the NCAA Championships, missing out on All-American honors by one match…led the team in pins with nine, also recorded one technical fall and five major decisions
2017-18 (at Oklahoma State): Posted an overall 18-7 record as a reserve at 141 pounds … Finished in second at OCU Open with 2-1 record … Took first place in B Division at the Journeymen Classic, picking up a ranked victory against #18 Jamal Morris of NC State … Finished third at the Bob Smith Open with a 5-1 record … Posted a 5-1 record at the Reno Tournament of Champions … 1-0 dual record after defeating Greg Gaxiola of Fresno State, 6-2.
2016-17 (at Oklahoma State): Led the Cowboy reserves in wins, posting a 23-4 overall record at 141 pounds … Sixteen of his 23 wins came with bonus points, including nine falls, four major decisions and three technical falls … Won nine matches in a single day at the Reno Tournament of Champions to finish third at 141 and help the Cowboys to a team title at the event … Finished sixth at the Southern Scuffle, going 4-2 to help OSU to the program’s first Scuffle team title … Earned a ranked win over No. 9 Tommy Thorn, pinning the Minnesota product in the third period … Picked up titles at the OCU Open and Joe Parisi Open … Recorded a second-place finish at the Outlaw Open.
2015-16 (at Oklahoma State): Went 20-5 in his first year as a Cowboy, competing exclusively in open tournaments … Recorded six falls and three major decisions … Fastest fall came over Chase Call of Utah Valley in 59 seconds … Defeated teammate Dusty Hone, 5-3 in tiebreaker, to win the OCU Open at 141 pounds … Took out Hone again, 6-4, in the finals of the Bob Smith Open … Earned a runner-up finish at the Oklahoma Open … Finished fourth at the Reno Tournament of Champions and fifth at the Joe Parisi Open.
