Bryant Earns Midseason Acclaim

Wendell Bryant, Wisconsin's senior defensive tackle, has been tabbed a midseason all-American this week by both ABC Sports Online and CNNSI.com.

Bryant leads the Big Ten in quarterback sacks with seven and is tied for second in the conference in tackles for loss with 13. He earned Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors for his six-TFL, five-sack performance at Penn State. He also has been named the Badgers' defensive player of the week three times this season.
