The Wisconsin football team arrived here Sunday evening, checking in at its hotel amidst a warm welcome from bowl representatives and music from a mariachi band.

The Badgers are staying on San Antonio's renowned Riverwalk, just a short walk from the historic Alamo itself.

UW will conduct its first practice of the week on Monday at Trinity University. Following practice, the team has the afternoon off. One activity option for the Badger players will be a San Antonio Spurs game Monday night.

Wisconsin takes on Colorado on Saturday, Dec. 28, in the 10th Alamo Bowl presented by MasterCard. Kickoff at the Alamodome is set for 7:07 p.m. CST. The game will be televised live by ESPN.
