Badgers Enjoying San Antonio

The Wisconsin football team has had a couple days and nights now to prepare for the Alamo Bowl presented by MasterCard on Saturday, Dec. 28, as well as take in some of the sights around this city.
The Badgers conducted their first practice of the week Monday afternoon at San Antonio's Trinity College. The two-hour workout in full pads was reminiscent of fall camp as temperatures were in the mid-70s with high humidity.
Several players then attended a San Antonio Spurs NBA game on Monday night. The entire travel party has also enjoyed the many shopping and eating establishments on the city's Riverwalk.
Wisconsin will have its second practice of the week Tuesday afternoon at Trinity College. The travel party then has the afternoon and evening off. The Badgers will practice again on Christmas Day, followed by a Christmas dinner for the entire travel party on Wednesday night.
