
Schulte Recognized For 300 Wins

Wisconsin head softball coach Chandelle Schulte was honored by the Easton Victory Club for earning her 300th career win during the 2006 season. Schulte was awarded a plaque at a luncheon on Dec. 7 in Phoenix, Ariz.
Schulte has averaged over 30 wins a year in 10 seasons as a head coach. She picked up win No. 300 back on April 19 in Chicago, Ill., following a 2-0 win over Illinois-Chicago. Schulte's career record stands at 304-235 (.564).
Schulte has served as head coach at four institutions including Concordia (Mich.), Charleston Southern and College of Charleston. She's in her second season as head coach of the Badgers.
