The Badgers started off the day with a team breakfast and then headed for another day of practice at Olympia High School. After practice the team was given boxed lunches of sub sandwiches and then headed back to the hotel to enjoy the afternoon. It was another beautiful day in the low 80s.
Quarterback John Stocco and linebacker Mark Zalewski, as well as offensive coordinator Paul Chryst and co-defensive coordinator Mike Hankwitz, accompanied members of the Wisconsin media relations staff to a press conference put on by Capital One Bowl officials. The press conference took place in the Varsity Club at Florida Citrus Stadium and was held in conjunction with Arkansas staff and players.
Most players who had the afternoon free took it easy and lounged around the hotel. A team meeting and team dinner capped off the evening.
