UW Ties for 10th at MountainView Collegiate

Shooting a second consecutive season-best 300 in Sunday's final round, the Wisconsin women's golf team tied for 10th place at 906 at the MountainView Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz.
The Badgers finished tied with Colorado, the host school for the 15-team tournament.
Sophomore Katie Elliott (Madison, Wis.) shot a season-low 1-under 71 in the final round to finish tied for 14th place at 221. Elliott has posted Wisconsin's best finish in all three tournaments this spring and has finished in the top 15 at four of eight tournaments this season.
Senior Lindsay McMillan (Calgary, Alberta) carded a 2-over 74 on Sunday to tie for 21st at 223. McMillan's 54-hole total was 12 shots lower than her previous season best.
Freshman Jeana Dahl (Fargo, N.D.) finished tied for 46th place at 230 following a 78 in the final round. Dahl ended the tournament two shots ahead of senior Jackie Obermueller (River Falls, Wis.), who tied for 51st after a final round 77.
Isabel Alvarez posted her best round of the weekend on Sunday, a 79, to finish in 74th place at 244.
Kansas won the tournament at 884, one shot ahead of Nebraska. Arizona 's Adriana Zwanck claimed the individual title at 3-under 213.
The Badgers return to action April 22-23 at the Lady Buckeye Invitational in Columbus, Ohio.
