
Versus to televise NCAA Championship

MADISON, Wis. -- The 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championship will be televised live by Versus (Charter Cable channel 28, Dish Network channel 151) on Monday, Nov. 23, at 11:08 a.m. (Central), from Terre Haute, Ind.
Make sure to watch the No. 10 Wisconsin men's cross country team go for its fifth NCAA championship and first since 2005.
The Badgers finished in fourth place at last year's national championship and are in contention to stand atop the podium once again, coming off their eighth-straight Great Lakes Regional title.
The UW returns four runner's from last year's fourth place team, including seniors Craig Miller and Ryan Gasper and juniors Landon Peacock and Jack Bolas.
Peacock was the top runner for the Badgers a year ago, finishing 21st overall in a time of 30:00, earning All-America honors. Miller finished in 71st place in a time of 30:50, Bolas finished in 77th place in a time of 30:53 and Gasper finished in 180th in a time of 32:04.
