Women's golf camp spots still available
May 13, 2009 | Women's Golf
There are still openings for the two sessions of the Wisconsin Badger Girls Golf Camps to be held this summer. Camp attendees get to play and practice at the award-winning University Ridge Golf Course under the instruction of UW women's golf head coach Todd Oehrlein and assistant coach Lori Murphy. Current members of the Wisconsin women's golf team will also serve as counselors.
The first session is a two-night Full Swing & Short Game Camp running from June 25-27 and is open to girls who have completed grades 6-12. The cost of that session is $450. The second session is a three-night Girls Elite Camp running from July 29-Aug. 1 and is open to girls who have completed grades 9-12. The cost of that session is $650. Team discounts are available to both camps for three or more players from the same team. On-campus housing in the Swenson House is included in both camps.
