MADISON, Wis. – With the first men’s hockey game this Saturday against Boston University, we continue introducing Wisconsin's newcomers with their answers to questions that delve into some of their likes and dislikes and what makes them tick.
We continue this week with forward Michael Mersch. The Park Ridge, Ill. native comes to the Badgers after spending the past three years with the U.S. National Team Development Program. While there, he led the under-17 team with 27 goals in the 2008-09 season.
