TEAM NOTES
•    Wisconsin improved to 5-0 on the season, winning its 21st-consecutive regular-season non-conference game.
•    The Badgers are off to a 5-0 start for the fourth time under Bo Ryan.
•    Ryan improved his overall coaching record to 709-224 (.760) and 326-121 (.729) at Wisconsin.
•    UW has held all five of its opponents to 60 points or less, allowing just 46.6 points per game.
•    The Badgers have beaten their five foes by an average of 30.4 points per game.
•    Wisconsin held UAB scoreless for a drought of 6:49 in the first half, going on a 14-0 run during that stretch. The Blazers didn’t score from the 13:12 mark until the 6:23 mark.
•    UW shot 51.9 percent from the field, the team’s fourth-straight game shooting at least 50 percent overall.
•    The Badgers forced a season-high 19 turnovers, turning it over just 10 times themselves.
•    UAB shot a mere 35.3 percent from the field. UW has held four of five opponents below 36 percent shooting on the year.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
•    Senior Frank Kaminsky finished with 16 points and eight rebounds. He has scored at least 15 points in all five games this season. He also tallied three blocks.
•    Senior Duje Dukan scored a season-high 11 points to go with three rebounds and a steal.
•    Senior Josh Gasser scored a season-high 10 points, going 2-for-2 from 3-point range. Gasser has hit 8-of-12 shots from behind the arc this season.
•    Gasser is 116-for-277 (.419) from 3-point range in his career, owning the sixth-highest mark in Wisconsin history.
•    Sophomore Nigel Hayes dished out a career-high four assists. He also scored nine points, grabbed five rebounds and recorded a career-high three steals.
•    Sophomore Zak Showalter tied his career high with seven points.
