Badgers welcome five-star recruit, number one player in Wisconsin
MADISON, Wis. -- Head men's tennis coach Danny Westerman announced Tuesday that high school senior Robert Krill has signed a national letter of intent to attend the University of Wisconsin and play tennis for the Badgers beginning in the fall of 2017.
"We could not be more excited to welcome Robert to our Badger tennis family," Westerman said. "It's a great feeling to sign a player from Wisconsin and Robert is my first in-state signee. I have been watching Robert since the day I was hired last summer and he has continually improved the entire time. He is a tremendous worker and competitor and we know he will be an important piece for us as we try to reach our goal of winning Big Ten championships."
