- The Badgers defeated their second ranked team of the season after also downing No. 6 Hawaii, 3-1, on Aug. 26
- Wisconsin recorded a season-high 14.5 blocks. That figure ranks third on the UW single-match record list for a three-set match under 25-point rally scoring.
- All starting hitters recorded at least five kills and setter Lauren Carlini added three kills.
- All 10 players who saw action recorded at least one dig.
Individual Notes
- Senior Haleigh Nelson moved into eighth on the UW career record list for total blocks with 476. She needs 13 blocks to move into seventh. The 6-4 middle blocker tied her career high with two assists and set a season high with seven blocks.
- Junior Kelli Bates led the Badgers with 12 digs, her fourth straight match this season in double-figure saves.
- Freshman Molly Haggerty recorded a career-high five blocks. Her previous best was two against Kansas State on Aug. 28.
- Sophomore Tionna Williams led all hitters at a season-best .545 percent (6K – 0E – 11TA). She also added six blocks.
- Redshirt senior Romana Kriskova had a season-high four blocks while hitting a season-best .500 (7-0-14).
