MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin women's golf team will compete for the final time this fall, playing in the 14th Cardinal Cup in Simpsonville, Kentucky Saturday through Sunday, Oct. 21-22, at the University of Louisville Golf Club. Live stats can be found here. Â

Here are five things to know before this weekend's tournament:
- Starting Five: The Badgers headed to Louisville this weekend include seniors Gabby Curtis, Lexi Harkins, Aya Johnson, Becky Klongland, and junior Jessica Reinecke. Freshman Mackenzie Hahn will compete as an individual.
 - The Competition: The Badgers will face 13 teams in this weekend's Cardinal Cup: Illinois, Kent State, Kentucky, Louisville, East Carolina, Memphis, Virginia Tech, Richmond, Toledo, Charlotte, Murray State, Columbia and Ball State.
 - Top Ranked Event: No. 36 Wisconsin face several elite teams in this weekend's competition. Border and Big Ten rival, Illinois, is ranked No. 15 on Golfstat.com rankings. No. 16 Kent State, No. 37 Kentucky, No. 41 Louisville, No. 46 East Carolina and No. 50 Memphis round at the top 50 members of the 2017 Cardinal Cup.
 - Cardinal Cup Format: A two-day competition with 36 holes being played on Saturday and the final 18 on Sunday. Tee times start at 8:15 am CT on both days on the par-72, 6250-yard course.
 - Keep it Rolling: UW Head Coach Todd Oehrlein will look for continued success from senior transfer Lexi Harkens, who was named Big Ten Golfer of the Week last week. The award was given after Harkens had an impressive seventh-place finish at the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational.
