MADISON, Wis. – Nearly 5,000 season tickets were sold for the 2017 Wisconsin volleyball season, an increase of 1,445 tickets from last season. Wisconsin sold a total of 4,885 season tickets this year, up from the 3,440 tickets sold in 2016.
"We are very appreciative of our fans," head coach Kelly Sheffield said. "Not just with the number of people who support the program, but also with the energy and passion they bring into the Field House."
In addition, matches against North Carolina on Aug. 26 and against Nebraska on Oct. 11 are already sold out! The Sept. 24 match vs. Michigan is also no longer available with the exception of group tickets for 15-or-more fans. Group tickets go on sale on Aug. 17 at 8:30 a.m. Groups looking to purchase online will need to reference the promo code GROUPVB2017. Other matches that will be offered at a group rate on Thursday are Texas A&M, Southern Miss, Northwestern, Maryland and Rutgers.
