MADISON, Wis. – After a thrilling 3-1 victory at No. 7 Illinois on Wednesday night, the sixth-ranked Wisconsin volleyball team concludes a four-match road swing on Saturday. UW travels to Iowa City, Iowa, for a 7 p.m. match with the Hawkeyes from Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

1. LEVEL UP: With Wisconsin's win over No. 7 Illinois earlier this week, the Badgers are now 4-2 against ranked opponents this season and 2-1 against top-10 foes.

2. HAVE A DAY: Sophomores
Dana Rettke and
Sydney Hilley both set career highs at Illinois. Rettke recorded a career-high 23 kills while hitting .526 (23K – 3E – 38TA), including a career-high 38 attack attempts, while Hilley tallied a career-best seven kills.

4. WE'VE GOT HISTORY: Wisconsin is a perfect 15-0 against Iowa in their last 15 meetings. The Badgers have not lost to the Hawkeyes since 2009. UW also a 25-11 advantage over UI when playing in Iowa City. Â

5. SCOUTING IOWA: The Hawkeyes are 10-6 overall this season and 2-3 in Big Ten play. Senior outside hitter Taylor Louis is Iowa's go-to offensive threat. She averages 4.05 kills per set. Sophomore Brie Orr runs the offense and puts up 10.02 assists per set while also adding 2.46 digs per set. Senior libero Molly Kelly ranks second in the Big Ten with 5.05 digs per set.
