MADISON, Wis. – The persistent rain on Friday afternoon caused the cancellation of the Wisconsin softball team's final game against Illinois at Goodman Diamond. Â

Highlighting the day was an indoor whiffle ball game during the delay and a dance-off on the diamond after the game was called off.

The Badgers return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Minnesota for a Big Ten doubleheader starting at 4 p.m.
