Badgers host the Panthers on Nov. 17
MADISON, WIS.- Wisconsin will host UW-Milwaukee on Sun. Nov. 17 at 6 p.m.
Here are five things to know before the Badgers face the Panthers.
1. Colorado Quickfacts: Wisconsin took their first loss of the season as they faced the Buffaloes on the road. The final score was 57-74. The Badgers are now 2-1 for the season.
2. Lead Scorers: Both Abby Laszewski and Imani Lewis scored 19 points in the game against Colorado. They also had eight and seven rebounds respectively and are proving themselves to be key players for the Badgers.
3. Freshmen Fighting: Sydney Hilliard and Tara Stauffacher are proving their worth with the team. Both went 100 percent on the free throw line against Colorado and Hilliard led the team in assists with five.
4. In-State Slot: Milwaukee will be traveling up I-94 to face the Badgers at the Kohl Center. They recently lost to the University of Minnesota on Nov. 14 and are 1-2.
5. Next Up: For their next competition, the Badgers will be hosting Eastern Illinois on Nov. 26 at 7 p.m.
