MADISON, Wis. – It's a clean slate for Wisconsin men's soccer, whose 1-0 victory at Ohio State on Sunday jumped the Badgers from ninth to seventh in the Big Ten standings and gave the Badgers a boost of confidence heading into the 2019 Big Ten Tournament.
The Badgers (3-10-4, 1-4-3 Big Ten) open quarterfinal play on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 12 p.m. CT at second-seeded Penn State (11-2-3, 6-1-1 Big Ten).
UW enters with just one loss in its last five games, going 1-1-3 during that stretch, including the win over OSU, ties against No. 3 tourney-seed Michigan, Northwestern and SIUE. UW's loss came 2-1 at the hands of Penn State.

Wisconsin has won its last three first-round Big Ten postseason contests.
The winner of Wisconsin's quarterfinal will take on the Michigan-Michigan State winner in the semifinals on Friday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. CT in College Park, Maryland.
