Join the Big Ten champions and NCAA Runners Up on Jan. 18
Register for banquet
MADISON, Wis. – Celebrate one of the greatest Wisconsin Volleyball seasons on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, when the Badgers host their annual awards banquet. The celebration to honor the 2019 NCAA Runners Up and Big Ten Conference champions will be held in Varsity Hall of Union South, 1308 W. Dayton St. Doors open at 11 a.m. with the banquet to begin at noon.
Cost of the banquet is $30 for adults or $10 for children 12 and under, which includes a brunch buffet and awards program. Deadline for reservations is Jan. 9 or 300 attendees, whichever comes first.
The Badgers (27-7) advanced to the 2019 national championship match, falling to Stanford in the final. It marked the third time in program history that Wisconsin has competed in the national final. UW also earned four All-American honors, including two first-team All-Americans for the first time ever.
The Badgers also won the 2019 Big Ten title with an 18-2 mark, landing a record six players on the All-Big Ten first or second teams. UW student-athletes were also outstanding in the classroom with 12 earning Academic All-Big Ten honors.
Brunch buffet menu: Turkey breast, bacon and sausage soufflé, vegetable frittata, and more!
Attire: Business casual
Cancellation policy: In the event of inclement weather the event will only be canceled if campus is closed.
