First-half men's hockey games on Big Ten Network, NBCSN released

Balance of first-half TV schedule still to come
CHICAGO, Ill. – The Big Ten Network announced its schedule for the first half of the 2020 Big Ten Hockey season, complete with 12 games, including four of Wisconsin men's hockey. NBCSN also announced that UW's opening game will air on its network.
This Friday, when the Badgers skate against Notre Dame at 6 p.m. CT, NBCSN will air the game live. Saturday's game, also at 6 p.m., will stream at NBCSports.com and on the NBC Sports app.

Wisconsin first appears on Big Ten Network on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 23 and 24, when Penn State visits LaBahn Arena. Both games air live at 5 p.m. CT.
Big Ten Network will also carry UW's games at Michigan State on Dec. 8 and 9. Game times for that series are to be determined.Â
An announcement on the rest of UW's television schedule for the first half of the season is still to come.Â

Action for Big Ten hockey on Big Ten Network begins this Sunday, as No. 15 Arizona State visits No. 12 Michigan at 6 p.m. No. 14 Minnesota, plays its first game on Big Ten Network Thursday, Nov. 19, when the Gophers take on No. 9 Penn State at 7:30 p.m. and No. 10 Ohio State makes its network debut on Monday, Nov. 23, at 7:30 p.m. when the Buckeyes take on the Golden Gophers.

In the coming weeks, additional games will be assigned to Big Ten Network+, a subscription service for non-televised live events.
