MADISON, Wis. – No. 11 Wisconsin is set to face Nebraska on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. on Big Ten Network.
Before the Badgers hit the court, here is the Starting Five:
1.) Last Time Out: The Badgers fell to then-ranked No. 14 Michigan State, 86-74. Johnny Davis led all scorers with 25 points, while Brad Davison hit six 3-pointers and finished with 22 points on the night. UW cut the Spartan's 17-point lead to six in the second half, but could not ultimately overcome the large deficit. In place of injured Tyler Wahl, sophomore forward Ben Carlson made the second start of his career and finished with six points.
2.) Badgers Bouncing Back: After a loss, Wisconsin has bounced back with wins this season. The Badgers beat Texas A&M, 69-58, after suffering a setback to Providence. UW earned itself a 71-68 win over Nicholls after losing to Ohio State on the road. In both wins, Brad Davison scored 19 points, while also averaging 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists.
3.) Welcome Home Chucky: Freshman point guard Chucky Hepburn returns home to Nebraska for the first time in a Badger uniform. The Omaha native is averaging 30.8 minutes, 7.1 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game for the Badgers.
4.) Brad Watch: Over the next couple games, Brad Davison is looking to move up in Wisconsin's record books. Here are a few stats to watch:
