MADISON, Wis. - The Wisconsin athletic department in partnership with Madison Parks will hold an outdoor skating event with the Wisconsin women's hockey team from 6 - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023 at Vilas Park.

The event was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 10, but was moved back a week due to ice conditions at Vilas Park. 

Fans are invited to skate with the Wisconsin women's hockey team for the first time since the event was last held in 2020. 

The event will be held at the Vilas Park Ice Rink (1602 Vilas Park Dr), with skate rentals and concessions available for a fee from the warming shelter through Madison Parks. Admission is free and all ages are welcome to attend.

The No. 3 Badgers return to action on Nov. 19-20 when they face No. 1 Minnesota at LaBahn Arena. Puck drop for both days is set for 2 p.m. CT.
