Badgers finish Briar's Creek Invitational T14

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Wisconsin finished the Briar's Creek Invitational T14 with Minnesota after shooting a team total of 901 (+37). The team shot splits of 302-297-302.

Mackenzie Hahn was the top finisher for the Badgers, coming in T18 with a 220 (+4) to record her second-straight top-20 finish.

First Round
The team shot a 13-over-par 302 in the first round. Hahn fired a one-over-par 73 to lead the team and her round included an eagle on the par-five No. 7.

Second Round
The Badgers played most of the second round on Monday but had to finish the last few holes Tuesday morning due to darkness cutting play short on Monday. The team shot its best 18-hole score in the second round with a 297 (+9).

Hahn recorded the best round for the Badgers again, this time coming in with a one-under-par 71. She carded an eagle on the par-five No. 18 and Emily Lauterbach carded one on the par-five No. 10.

Third Round
Wisconsin shot a 302 (+13) in the final round to finish the tournament tied with Minnesota for 14th.

Freshman Vanessa Ho carded the team's lowest score of the final round with an even-par 72. She is joined by freshman Chloe Chan finishing T36 with a 225 (+9).

Individual entry Carly Carter tied her 54-hole career-low score with a 228 (+12).

The Badgers are back in action March 27-29 as they head to Council Fire Club to compete in the Chattanooga Classic.
