Wisconsin conference record set at 6-3
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin women's tennis team completed its homestead run with a match against No. 11 Ohio State, but the Badgers ultimately fell to the Buckeyes, 5-2.
Although the Badgers did not win the doubles point, Ariel Johnson and Nastasya Semenovski set the momentum for the Badgers with a doubles win on Court 3 against the Buckeye's pairing of Sydni Ratliff and Kathleen Jones.
Standing out for the Badgers was senior Antonela Stoica, who forced her match into three sets and defeated Kolie Allen, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2.
The Badgers are now 14-8 overall and 6-3 in conference play.
