Wisconsin Badgers

2019-20 Singles: Notched a 16-7 total record in her first season with Wisconsin, including 8-2 in dual play and 8-5 in individual tournament play, claiming the most singles wins on the team for the Badgers...all but one win during the dual season came in the No. 1 slot, with the other win coming in at No. 2 singles... held a six match win streak mid-season

2019-20 Doubles: Posted a 4-4 doubles record, including 3-3 in tournament action...split time with partners Melissa Pick and Miruna Tudor throughout the season... played one match with Melissa Pick and Xinyu Cai each during her two dual play doubles appearances

2018-19 (at Texas Tech): In her first collegiate season, Stoica posted a 16-8 overall record (14-7 in dual matches) while primarily playing at the No. 4 position. She clinched nine of the matches for the Lady Raiders including the 4-3 win over No. 29 Oklahoma in the second round of the Big 12 tournament, helping her to receive 2019 Big 12 All-Freshman Team honors.

High School: From Ploiesti, Romania, Stoica enjoyed a decorated prep career. Her sophomore season, she was a singles finalist at the ITF Junior in Oslo, and helped her team to a championship in Cataluña, Spain. The following season, Stoica was a doubles finalist at the ITF Pro Circuit in Hammamet, Tunisia. As a senior, Stoica finished as a singles semi-finalist at the ITF Pro Circuit in Bucharest, Romania.

Personal: Daughter of Mircea and Adelina Stoica… has one brother, Mihai… also competed in skiing… honor roll student… enjoys volunteer work with the disabled and packing food at local charities… intends to major in Marketing at UW-Madison
