'Thank You Students' Appreciation Event

Wisconsin Athletic Department hosting event Thursday, May 5
MADISON, Wis. — In celebration of University of Wisconsin-Madison students and AreaRED's support for the Badgers this season, Wisconsin Athletics is hosting a student appreciation event on Thursday, May 5 from 5-6:30 p.m. on the front lawn of the Kohl Center.
Students attending the event will be able to interact with student-athletes and members of various UW sport coaching staffs, as well as collect a FREE t-shirt (first 500 students), enjoy free food courtesy Toppers Pizza (while supplies last) and enter into a drawing to win season tickets for 2022-23 Wisconsin athletic events. The event will also feature a live DJ, backyard games, an appearance from Bucky Badger, as well as photo opportunities with team trophies from 2022.
Wisconsin Athletics will be giving away two season ticket packages for the football season, season ticket packages for men's basketball, five season ticket packages for men's hockey and five Red Cards. All tickets distributed will be for the 2022-23 season. Only students of the University of Wisconsin-Madison are allowed to enter the raffle. Students must attend the event in-person on May 5Â for a chance enter to win tickets.
There will also be free t-shirts available for the first 500 students in attendance and free food courtesy of Toppers Pizza.
The event is free of charge. Students will be required to show a valid student ID in order to pick up their free t-shirt.
