The Badgers also welcome potential 2023 NHL first-round draft pick Charlie Stramel and 2022 pick Cruz Lucius to the fold up front.

UW adds offense on the back end as well, with 2022 NHL pick and BCHL Defenseman of the Year Tyson Jugnauth joining along with rearguard Ben Dexheimer, who helped the USHL's Madison Capitols to the Clark Cup Final.

Senior goaltender Jared Moe returns, as do top-three scorers Mathieu De St. Phalle, Corson Ceulemans and Brock Caufield.
