Hockey Canada announces roster for Decembers games of Rivalry Series

Five Badgers to skate for Canada in second leg of series
MADISON, Wis. – Five former Badgers are set to represent Canada in the December games of the 2023-24 Rivalry Series, Hockey Canada announced on Wednesday.
Badger alums representing Canada include Kristen Campbell, Emily Clark, Ann-Renée Desbiens, Sarah Nurse and Blayre Turnbull. This Hockey Canada squad most recently won silver at the 2023 IIHF Women's World Championship and gold at the 2022 IIHF Women's World Championship and 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
The Rivalry Series features multiple contests between long-time rivals USA and Canada, including two games in November, two in December and three in February. Team Canada is currently down two games to the United States after dropping both of the November contests.
The rivalry continues on Dec. 14 with a 7:00 p.m. CT puck drop at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium in Kitchener, Ontario. The December stretch of the series will wrap up with a 4 p.m. CT showdown on Dec. 17 at Progressive Auto Sales Arena in Sarnia, Ontario. Both games can be watched on the NHL Network.
