Wisconsin Athletics Receive Corporate Volunteer Engagement Award

Wisconsin Athletics was honored this evening by the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County
MADISON, WI – Wisconsin Athletics was recognized with the Corporate Volunteer Engagement Award during the Hearts for Helping Gala hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County.
The Boys & Girls Club of Dane County recognizes outstanding partners for their continued commitment to helping local youth build essential skills to become the best they can be and succeed after high school.
In the past year, UW Athletics elevated the lives of more than 1,500 community members and youth through collaboration with the Boys & Girls Club. Events included backpack and school supplies drives, holiday gift and care package donations, one-of-a-kind game day fan experiences, and more.
"The impact the Boys and Girls Club has on our community is immeasurable, and we're proud to be a teammate," Director of Athletics Chris McIntosh said. "Our athletic department and everyone associated with Badgers Give Back is inspired to continue supporting the Boys and Girls Club and helping children reach their full potential."
Wisconsin Athletics is excited to continue to inspire Madison's youth through its partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County.
