UW's regular season begins at home Aug. 24
2023 Men's Soccer Schedule
MADISON, Wis. – The 2023 Wisconsin men's soccer season officially begins on Thursday, Aug. 24, as the second season under head coach Neil Jones gets underway at McClimon Soccer Complex.
After home exhibition games on Aug. 12, 15 and 19, the Badgers welcome Purdue-Fort Wayne for the Thursday, Aug. 24 regular-season opener at 7 p.m.
The season-opening homestand continues with games on Sunday, Aug. 27 against Drake at 1 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 1 against Kentucky at 7 p.m.
The Badgers' first road tilt of 2023 takes place in Chicago against UIC on Sept. 4, before a home game against Mercer on Aug. 8.
The Badgers then visit in-state rival Marquette on Sept. 11, before Big Ten Conference play begins.
UW opens conference action at Indiana on Friday, Sept. 15, before its Big Ten home opener on Tuesday, Sept. 19 against Northwestern at 7 p.m.
Other home games during the season include Sept. 24 against Maryland, Oct. 6 against Michigan State, Oct. 9 against Bradley, Oct. 24 versus Milwaukee and Oct. 29 against Penn State.
The Big Ten tournament begins Nov. 3.
