Wisconsin takes on the Bald Eagle Invite

INDIANAPOLISÂ -- The Wisconsin men's rowing team split its team and raced in Indianapolis this Sunday for the Bald Eagle Invite.
With part of the team in Princeton, New Jersey, at the Princeton Chast, the Badgers brought several boats to today's regatta, doing well overall. Four boats finished in the top five across all races.
This morning, the men's varsity 4 A boat placed second out of nine boats. The freshman/novice 8 A boat also excelled with a third-place finish out of nine. The freshman/novice 4 boat placed sixth out of nine boats.Â
Wisconsin also brought three pairs to the race, placing fourth, 16th, and 19th. Lastly, the men's varsity 8 A boat fought for a fifth-place finish.Â
Up next: The Badgers race to Ohio for a race against Marietta College in the spring.Â
