PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Wisconsin wrestling team suffered a 31-7 defeat against No. 13 Rutgers in an away match.

Despite the loss, the Badgers had standout performances, with No. 29 Nicolar Rivera securing an upset victory over No. 10 Dean Peterson in a 4-1 decision. Luke Condon also claimed a win at 174 with a major decision.
