The Badgers are bested by the Scarlet Knights, 4-2
PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Wisconsin men's soccer team (4-6-0, 1-4-0 Big Ten) dropped a match at the No. 18 ranked Rutgers Scarlet Knights (8-2-2, 3-1-1 Big Ten), Friday night. The score was tied early in the second half before Rutgers pulled away, eventually winning 4-2.
How It Happened:
The Scarlet Knights found the back of the net first with a goal from Camron Boumsong in the 27th minute. The goal was reviewed for offsides, but was confirmed and Devon Stopek was credited with an assist.
Rutgers took a 1-0 lead into halftime, but the Badgers scored in the 52nd minute to even the score. Roman Eisa put a perfectly-placed header past the Scarlet Knight goalkeeper to get the Badgers on the board. Ola Arntsen and Aidan Martinez earned assists.

The Scarlet Knights quickly regained momentum with two goals in the span of four minutes, taking a 3-1 lead going into the last 30 minutes of play.
Wisconsin brought the score within one in the 73rd minute when Markie Hrvojevic tapped in a rebounded shot from Ola Arntsen. Roman Eisa was also credited with an assist.

Rutgers would add one more goal from Dan Karsten in the 87th minute to seal the 4-2 victory.
