Wisconsin chases its fifth Big Ten Tournament title after a standout regular season
MADISON, Wis.- The No. 5 Wisconsin women's soccer team is set to kick off postseason play in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament. The Badgers will face the No. 4 Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m. (CT) in West Lafayette, Ind.

1. Big Ten Tournament History
Wisconsin has qualified for the Big Ten Tournament every season since 2011, capturing the most recent tournament title in 2015. The Badgers have claimed four Big Ten Tournament championships overall, with their first coming in 1994.
In last year's first-round matchup, Wisconsin fell 1-0 to 10th-seeded Ohio State, with the Buckeyes scoring in the 79th minute. Goalkeeper Drew Stover earned her career-high seven saves in the match.
2. Regular Season Recap
The Badgers finished the regular season fifth in the Big Ten standings with 20 points, posting a 6-3-2 conference record and a 12-4-2 overall mark.
3. Scouting Iowa
The fourth-seeded Hawkeyes enter the tournament tied for third in the Big Ten with 21 points, holding an 11-3-4 overall record and a 6-2-3 conference mark. Iowa closed the regular season with a 2–0 win over Indiana.
