Wisconsin's bench made a notable impact, outscoring Illinois' bench 17-10. As a team, Wisconsin shot 35.4% (17-48) from the field, 40% (4-10) from beyond the arc, and 68.4% (13-19) at the free-throw line.Ā

3. SCOUTING THE SPARTANS: Michigan State enters this game ranked No. 22 in the country and holds an 18-5 overall record. They have been successful in conference play, sitting at 8-4 in Big Ten action. The Spartans are coming off a 71-61 loss to their in-state rivals, the Michigan Wolverines.
